How to prepare your return
Place the item(s) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition, preferably with a copy of the sales receipt inside the parcel, and take it to a courier of your choice or to the post office.Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, so the goods must be shipped with insured postage paid and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Any parcel sent cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted by our warehouse.
Our team will provide you with the correct return address.
You can also check the return address in the sales terms and conditions of the shop where you made your purchase.
Refund
Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items within 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that if you would like to receive a replacement item (e.g., for a size change), you will need to place a new order.
